$24 - $30 / hour
Chuze Fitness Lift Lab Sessions are pre-programmed full-body workouts inside our cutting-edge strength studio, encompassing both new and traditional lifting equipment. Each 50-minute session will utilize dynamic equipment, including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, and Airdyne Bikes, with participants rotating through the stations in a circuit-style workout.

Job Duties
Regularly execute engaging and effective Lift Lab sessions 2-10 times per week and be a regular and consistent option for subbing sessions.
Provide members with outstanding customer service & support, especially as it relates to understanding appropriate exercise regression/progression.
Review programming before coaching while on the clock, as necessary.
Provide feedback to the Fitness Manager regarding workouts, programming, presentation issues, and/or maintenance, facility, or technology concerns.
Handle all associated cleaning and set-up duties as outlined in the club log and initial upon completion.
Determine work schedule & session assignments with the Fitness Manager and provide as much advance notice as possible regarding schedule changes and subbing needs.
Receive session feedback, check-ins, evaluations & ongoing training from management.
Review check-in & evaluation summaries while clocked in at the club
Maintain an average eval score of 90% or greater to remain eligible for session assignments
Navigate Accuro and Functional Fitness programs, seeking assistance and troubleshooting as necessary
Participate in fitness department district meetings.
Attend and participate in One Culture Training and development opportunities provided by the Fitness department and other offsite educational or team-building events.
Work with Group Fitness to promote cross-department classes, events, and programs.
Handle conflict resolution in a Chuze-appropriate manner.
